SELF-LOVE?

Have you heard the hype?

Self-Love is the new black, the vegan bacon and THE thing to do for yourself in 2019. If you are new to Self-Love, we in the world-wide society of self-lovers welcome you with open arms. Only by sharing what we have can we keep it!

Seriously, if you are wishing for change, want to reconnect to yourself on a deeper level, or simply want to see what the talk is all about – give it a go. I can promise you that you will not regret it.

Practising Self-Love is for you. And you only. By working on you, focusing on you and taking responsibility for only you – you give space and allow other people to do the same.

However, a lot of women just like you and me, struggle finding a path to practising Self-Love that works for them. 

We try the guides, the meditations and the visualizations – somehow they just don’t seem to integrate within us.

 

The lightness, joy and balance doesn’t seem to last or even happen at all. And often the conclusion within seems to be “another thing I can’t do right!” or “why isn’t this working for me? It works for my friend!”

The thing is…

If my foundation isn’t solid in place, and healthy, then it will be very difficult to build on. I can add all the juicy fuel I can find – but I won’t be able to benefit from it. Something is blocking me. Until I see what, I can’t change it.  So taking a loving, honest and fearless look is…well… WORTH IT.
